Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages and retail orders to residential/commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify order accuracy and maintain temperature-controlled deliveries for perishable items
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery paperwork and update tracking systems in real-time
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
