Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes from Durham, NC to regional destinations
- Maintain DOT compliance with accurate electronic logging
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive freight
- Document all transportation activities and incidents
- Represent Durham Logistics Solutions with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging systems

- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend schedules
