Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, and company policies
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Accurately maintain electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Represent Elite Logistics professionally with all clients and partners
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
