Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely while adhering to FMCSA regulations and company policies
- Transport specialized freight to designated locations across the Southeastern US
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients at delivery sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain one through our training program
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
