Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Load/unload freight with minimal manual handling
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Deliver freight on time with zero-accident record
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- No experience necessary – full training provided
