Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated OTR routes with consistent mileage
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Manage loading/unloading operations at various facilities
- Represent Elite Transport Solutions with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience with dedicated route background
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance
- Ability to operate electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation software
- Physical ability to handle cargo loading/unloading and pre/post-trip inspections
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
