Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure on-time arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and package handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each assignment
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at client locations
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
