Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and medical supplies throughout Kansas City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt routes for traffic/weather conditions to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle fragile or time-sensitive items with specialized care
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred
