Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and medical supplies across King County
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle electronic documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team during high-volume periods
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Seattle traffic patterns and geography
