Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes across Michigan and Florida
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Document trip details, fuel receipts, and delivery confirmations
- Represent our company professionally at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Michigan/Florida road networks and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Team player with customer service focus
