Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local deliveries within San Francisco Bay Area
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery while navigating urban environments
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmissions
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- DOT physical certification and required medical cards
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
