Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Resolve minor mechanical issues during transit
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Texas or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and sit for extended periods
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas highway systems and weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
