Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across designated Texas routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Manage paperwork including bills of lading, delivery confirmations, and mileage logs
- Represent the company professionally through exceptional customer service at all stops
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas roadways and DOT regulations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts as needed
