Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional delivery routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DOT compliant).
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical examination card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and highway regulations.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
