Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for weekend deliveries across Nevada
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage time effectively to meet weekend shift deadlines
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Nevada routes
