Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for weekend delivery routes across Ohio
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper documentation and handling protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Report maintenance issues and assist in routine vehicle upkeep
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and delivery regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
