Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) within Washington DC metropolitan area
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Washington DC traffic patterns and regulations
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
