Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and local routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling protocols
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and complete required training
- Support team goals through punctual deliveries and route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with LA metro routes and California highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Must be 21+ years old with U.S. work authorization
