Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely over regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and clients professionally
- Represent Swift with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 1 year)
- Pass background/driving record check
- Ability to pass DOT physical exam
- No CDL experience required – we train!
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Basic math and communication skills
