Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe, efficient, and legally compliant manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and logbooks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo paid training for candidates with no prior CDL experience.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
