Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain one with our training program).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for making change and reading maps.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
