Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across California and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with appropriate equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- No prior driving experience necessary - training provided
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- Physical ability to handle cargo and outdoor conditions
- Must be 21+ years old
