Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) during night shift hours
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Transport freight to Austin metropolitan area destinations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Optimize delivery routes to meet tight schedules
- Secure cargo according to industry standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Texas highway systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
