Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for multi-stop deliveries during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments and load management
- Document delivery status and handle customer communications professionally
- Secure cargo and ensure compliance with DOT weight/dimension requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS systems
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
