Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Optimize delivery routes while adhering to strict safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and on-time service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve route challenges and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required for securement
