Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or Class B) safely and efficiently to deliver cargo on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD/Logbook) and all necessary shipping documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Interact professionally with dispatch, shippers, and receivers to resolve issues promptly.
- Secure cargo properly and perform regular load securement checks.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT drug screen on file.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
