Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Handle specialized cargo requiring temperature control or hazmat endorsement
- Represent our company with professionalism in client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Michigan traffic regulations and urban navigation
- Flexibility for early morning/night shifts and weekends
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and communication abilities
