Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Maintain excellent customer service during transit stops
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and electronic logs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT certification preferred)
