Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods on time and in perfect condition
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and reliability
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and execution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong understanding of HOS regulations and logbook compliance
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assistance coordination
