Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Execute daily delivery schedules with GPS tracking and real-time dispatch updates
- Maintain accurate logs, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Coordinate with remote dispatch team via mobile app for route optimization
- Uphold safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Utilize remote check-in systems for seamless start/end of day processes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and mobile apps
- Knowledge of Baltimore metro area and Mid-Atlantic routes
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
