Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Plan and execute efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and company vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Knowledge of Columbus metro area and regional routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Strong communication and time-management skills
