Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated)
- Complete multi-stop local/regional routes within Charlotte metro area
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure freight loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (current medical card)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work variable hours
- Pass background/drug screening (company-paid)
- Knowledge of Charlotte/NC highway systems
- hazmat endorsement preferred
