The Role
We are seeking professional drivers to operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on local and regional routes. If you are detail-oriented and safety-focused, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELD) in strict accordance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3-5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
