Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) for local and regional deliveries
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Report maintenance issues and perform minor vehicle upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable driving experience
- Clean MVR and no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and Illinois routes
- DOT physical certification current
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
