Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
- Plan and optimize delivery routes across Baltimore, MD, and Virginia territories
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper equipment
- Document delivery exceptions and customer feedback accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- No prior trucking experience necessary - we provide training!
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging systems
- Reliable transportation to and from our Baltimore depot
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
