Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and delivery documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at each delivery location.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
- Strong knowledge of San Diego area roads and logistics routes.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
