Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for timely deliveries
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS navigation systems
- Inspect pre/post-trip vehicles and document maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
