Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely load, secure, and transport cargo to designated delivery points.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and ensure strict adherence to all FMCSA and company safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and brokers to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate any delays or issues immediately to dispatch.
- Keep the tractor and trailer in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management.
