Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Michigan/Ohio
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery deadlines and customer expectations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch team
- Represent our company professionally with all stakeholders
- Operate various trailer types (flatbed, dry van, refrigerated)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong knowledge of Michigan/Ohio roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred but not required
