Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans safely on local and regional delivery routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and warehouse area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required (Clean driving record).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Familiarity with cargo handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift heavy packages and work in varying weather conditions.
