Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles to transport freight throughout the Southwest region.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious traffic violations.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s Medical Card (CDL Medical).
