Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on regional routes (50%+ home time)
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using modern equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation via ELD systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
- Represent our company professionally at client facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with ELD systems and route planning software
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
