Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of cargo while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and daily logs (ELD).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight securely using proper equipment to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience (Class A).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read and comprehend maps, delivery routes, and schedules.
