Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage route planning and on-time delivery of goods to clients
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load assignments
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling during transit
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers and logistics team
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable personal box truck (24-26 ft)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Drug-free and willing to pass background check
