Responsibilities
- Operate your own box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication apps
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure cargo safety and secure loading/unloading practices
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
- Build relationships with clients in Louisville metro area
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft) in good condition
- Smartphone with reliable internet for remote coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
