Responsibilities
- Safely Transport Freight: Deliver cargo to designated locations in El Paso and the surrounding region in a timely and professional manner.
- Load & Unload: Securely load and unload merchandise using your own equipment or our facilities, ensuring cargo safety during transit.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary delivery receipts, bills of lading, and daily logs accurately and on time.
- Maintenance: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and dispatchers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Possession of a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driver's license suitable for operating a 26ft box truck.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Insurance: Proof of current Commercial Auto Insurance coverage.
- Equipment: Reliable, well-maintained box truck (26ft preferred) and necessary tools (tarp, straps, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in commercial driving or freight transport.
