Responsibilities
- Safely operate your box truck for local and regional deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading operations with precision and care
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Uphall all DOT regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable box truck (2005+ model, 24-26ft)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside issues
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
