Responsibilities
- Safely operate box truck for local/regional deliveries within Bay Area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload freight using proper handling techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain with our training program)
- Reliable box truck in good mechanical condition
- Clean driving record (3+ years)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
