Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations in St. Louis metropolitan area
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks to ensure DOT compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely pickups and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck or straight truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis metropolitan area geography
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Commercial liability insurance coverage ($1M minimum)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
