Responsibilities
- Operate box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain safe driving records and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Manage logistics documentation (BOLs, logs, manifests)
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate with dispatch team and clients proactively
- Uphold company standards for customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable cargo van or box truck (2008+ model)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability)
- DOT medical certification
- Smartphone with GPS and data plan
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and communication skills
